SHIPPING INFORMATION DISPATCH AND RECEIPT OF GOODS

We will attempt to dispatch on the same day all orders placed by 2 PM AEST. Ordered products will be delivered to the address nominated by you in your online order. You need to provide the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of your order. If you provide an incorrect address, TCC is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We DO NOT request a signature on delivery, if your nominated address is unattended the courier will attempt to do a safe drop.Your parcel will be shipped and our dispatch team will send tracking information via email. You can track from the moment your product leaves us to when you get your hands on it!

Customers in Australia: 

Shipping on all orders $10 - Standard delivery 1-3 days

Express Shipping costs an additional $5.50 Next day order placed before 1pm

International Orders

Rest of the World  Shipping on all orders $25 AUD 3-7 days

By placing an order with TCC, you are responsible for original applicable shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees, your local taxes and the cost of return shipping back to TCC. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.
